From Miyazaki Dansho, I was introduced to Kineya Kimiyo to learn shamisen and dancing. So, I learned a few years from Kineya Kimiyo Oshosan, until we were all were sent to camp. I don’t know what camp she went to, but… anyway, she was an old lady. She was all alone. And she lived in one of those hotels, and her “o-deshi-san”(students) used to come there to practice. It was in Japanese town.

we learned dancing from her, too. I think we danced at the Greek Theater, one time.
