We did ensemble work. And then gradually, as my students graduated, we had a larger ensemble called a koto orchestra eventually because we were doing works by Yuize which were kind of orchestrated, but with kotos. So we had to have a larger ensemble. And so we had one, two…ah, let’s see, well, first koto, second koto and bass koto, and then we had shakuhachi and shamisen, two shamisens, and off we went. And sometimes we had voice in there, too. So it was a big thing. And it was a big program, so we had to get there early and set up, and then we worried about the air conditioning. And sometimes we would be asked to homes where there were fund raisers and we’d help with that. And so my father, mother and I would go into that because it’s a reciprocal process. Yeah, so we’re happy to help those kinds of things. And they were raising funds for the Asian museum in Pasadena, we did a concert for them so they could raise funds.
